According to available records, this nose ring was ordered on the 16th of August and was delivered to you on the 21st of August, 2021 by Delhivery. You have informed us that the nose ring broke on the 5th of Nov. Despite the more than 75 days gap between the purchase and the review, we will be happy to replace it. While we understand your position, please note that even online majors offer only a 10 - 15 days replacement policy on jewelry. We would urge you and anyone else reading this review to reach out to us within 10 days of delivery to resolve any issues within a valid time frame. Our selling policies have been updated to reflect the same.
