Shipping and returns

Each piece of  Flying Fish Accessories is individually created and made to order. Great attention to detail and quality is of the utmost importance to us. Your jewelry will be shipped in 10 days from the time of purchase, but in many cases sooner.

If you need an order before this time frame please write to us at connect@flyingfishaccessories.com before placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate you. 

As of now, only customers in India can purchase from our website. If you live outside of India and would like to make a purchase please write to us at connect@flyingfishaccessories.com and we will send you a quote for the shipping cost and process your order.

 

Orders can be paid for with any major credit card or debit card. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and payment is approved. You will receive an additional email when your order ships. 

The photos on our website are accurate representations of the pieces, but as with all hand produced items, minor differences may exist. 

 

We do not issue refunds.

We cannot make an exception for anyone regarding this.

 

We accept returns only when:

- the product delivered is damaged. In this case please send us a picture of the product at connect@flyingfishaccessories.com within 24 hrs of receiving it. We will assess the damage and will repair or replace the item.

- a wrong product has been delivered

In case you face an issue with the jewelry, please write to us at connect@flyingfishaccessories.com within 10 days of delivery. We will make every effort to work with you for a satisfactory resolution. 

 

 Please note when returning a product to us:

- All returned items must be in their original condition and unworn.

- Items must be in their original packaging.

- If a returned item is damaged or lost during return shipping, we will be unable to refund all or some portion of the purchase price.

 

Jewelry requires care and handling. Items damaged due to improper care or wear are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will handle the repairs if a problem is reported within 10 days of receiving the product. Post that, in case you wish to get products repaired we will do so at a nominal charge.
